Grand BallRoom
4 hour rental with an additional 1/2 hour setup and break down time
Mon-Thursday $450 Friday-Sunday $800
8 hour rental with an additional 1/2 hour setup and break down time
Mon-Thursday $800 Friday-Sunday $1200
Every ballroom rental includes 15 round tables with white tablecloths, 8 chairs to each table. 8 long tables with black tablecloths, and trash cans. All alcohol must be purchased through Westwood and requires a Westwood bartender to serve. Food may be provided by guest or purchased from Westwood catering per pan.
Additionally all West Mifflin and Steel Valley residents will receive a 15% discount on all rentals.
There is a $250 security deposit required, that will be returned within 30 days of your event. Every rental will have a $75 clean up fee that will cover vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and trash removal. Banquet staff are longer provided with room rentals

Gameroom
The gameroom is located off the bar area.
4 hour rental with an additional 1/2 hour setup and break down time (excludes Fridays) $250-300
8 hour rental with an additional 1/2 hour setup and break down time (excludes Fridays) $400-550
Fireside and Gameroom rental rates will be waived if you purchase the equivalent amount in food, no outside food is permitted on the bar and grill side.

The fireside room is a semi private room located next to the bar.
